This society is split into a large number of "Rings", which are spread all over the world. In some countries, many of the towns and cities have their own "Ring", whilst in other countries, such as the United Kingdom, there is one "Ring" for the entire country.
Although the club is based in London, there are approximately 1,500 members located in over 35 countries.

Again, whilst this is, as the name implies, a predominantly American society, there are members all over the world.
